He actually showed some concern for my brother and me, and say what you want, but when you’re in a situation like ours, a friendly face means something. They even fixed our window after days of complaints, but to move us into another hellhole with a mattress on the floor wasn’t exactly an upgrade. Just makes you question their priorities.
